The Magnolia Schoolhouse is not currently y hiring at the moment. However, resumes from certified Elementary Montessori Educators looking to join our vibrant, child-centered learning community are always welcome.
Our program is nature-based, wellness-focused, and dedicated to supporting the whole child in a calm, non-toxic environment. We value hands-on, project-based learning, and we’re building a team of educators who are aligned with our holistic approach to childhood education, creating a community that loves to learn.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Montessori certified at the Elementary level
- Passionate about working with children ages 6–14
- Comfortable with flexible, interest-led learning environments
- Grounded in a strong understanding of childhood development
- Open-minded, creative, and collaborative
- Aligned with natural living and a mindful approach to education
