Lead Educational Guide
The Magnolia Schoolhouse is seeking a certified Elementary Montessori Educator to join our vibrant, child-centered learning community. We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and heart—someone who understands the beauty of the Montessori philosophy and is excited to guide children through their foundational years with curiosity, care, and creativity.
Our program is nature-based, wellness-focused, and dedicated to supporting the whole child in a calm, non-toxic environment. We value hands-on, project-based learning, and we’re building a team of educators who are aligned with our holistic approach to childhood education, creating a community that loves to learn.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Montessori certified at the Elementary level
- Passionate about working with children ages 6–12
- Comfortable with flexible, interest-led learning environments
- Grounded in a strong understanding of childhood development
- Open-minded, creative, and collaborative
- Aligned with natural living and a mindful approach to education

Educational Guide
The Magnolia Schoolhouse is seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced educator to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on learning environment, is deeply knowledgeable about child development, and is excited to work within a Montessori-inspired framework.
While Montessori training (especially at the elementary level) is a big plus, it’s not required—we’re happy to provide training for the right candidate. You’ll be working alongside an experienced Montessori guide and will be supported by a nurturing, collaborative team.

Foreign Language Educational Guide
Part-Time
The Magnolia Schoolhouse is seeking a Foreign Language Educator to join our learning community one day per week. We are looking for someone who brings warmth, creativity, and a deep respect for childhood—an educator who values a calm, nature-connected environment and believes in nurturing the whole child through meaningful learning experiences.
We are specifically seeking fluency and teaching experience in Italian, Spanish, or French.

- Has experience teaching young children in a hands-on, immersive, and engaging way
- Embraces hands-on, interest-led learning
- Appreciates the importance of emotional well-being, natural learning rhythms, and outdoor exploration in a child’s education
